The period of performance is 01 Oct 01 through 30 Sep 02. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source. Companies who can provide the above listed proprietary software maintenance must indicate their interest in writing by the response date stated in this advertisement.
