UNICOR intends to enter into a three (3) year firm fixed price requirements type contract for Hinges. The solicitation number is FN1064-01 and this solicitation is issued as an Request For Proposal (RFP). Item 0001 HNG0147,C,71.6630,170-DEGRE E, U/I:Each, Est Qty:144,740, Item 0002 HNG0148,C,175L8190,MOUNTING,U/I: Each, Est. Qty: 96,580. Item 0003: HNG0175,C,175L81 30,MOUNTING,U/I: Each, Est. Qty: 12,686. Item 0004: HWS3189COVER-CAP,HNG,PLAS,U/I: Each, Est. Qty:36,062. Items 0001, 0002, 0003, and 0004 are to be delivered FOB Destination FCI Forrest City, AR, Delivery is 30 calendar days after receipt of each delivery order. This is a full and open competitive Request for Proposal for Hinges. Offerors are advised that the Governmen t intends to evaluate offers and award on an all or none basis. Offers shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, Offi ce Furniture Group, 320 First Street NW, 400 Building, 7th Floor, Washington, DC 20534, ATTN: Bid Custodian. Offers may be submitted on the SF1449. Fax proposals are accepted at 202-305-7363/65. All offerors must acknowledgment all amendments. Of fers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government will award a contract resultin g from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: past perform ance, quality and price. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the s uccessful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
