Description

The Department of State has a requirement for Ansul Fire Extinguishers and replacement cartridges on a Brand Name or Equal basis. The fire extinguishers shall be ten (10) pound (4.54KG) and twenty (20) pound (9.07KG) with the replacement cartridges. The Fire Extinguishers shall be cartridge operated multipurpose A-B-C dry chemical fire extinguishers. The requirement will go out on the FACNET for a period of 5 days from Friday, July 27 until Friday, August 3, 2001 and the responses will be received through FACNET. The closing date for this solicitation will be August 3, 2001 at 4:30p.m. (ETS). Contractors who do not have FACNET capabilities should contact the Contracting Officer for a hard copy of the solicitation, William L. Zlater, (703) 875-6285. This is an unrestricted procurement and all responsible sources may submit an offer through FACNET which will be considered.*****
