Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M67400-01-T-0615 applies and is issued as a Request For Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-11.The standard industrial code is 3585 and the business size standard is NTE 5.0 million. The agency need is for: Item 0001: Qty: 4 Ea Industrial Cooler. Model No: F-1343-NR MFR: Baltimore Aircoil Company. Closed circuit industrial fluid coolers with the capacity cooling 139 GPM each at 127F/90F60F. Includes the base units and the following per unit: 25HP TEFC fan motor for 208/3/60. 2HP TEFC pump motor for 208/3/60. Capacity control dampers and electric damper control package (120V). Baltibond corrosion protection system. Flow (GPM): 139ea. Temps (hot/cold/WB): 127/90/80. Heat load (ea) 2,572MBH or equal. DELIVERY: Shall be FOB Destination to Defense Distribution San Joaquin Tracy Depot Bldg 30 CCP, 25600 Chrisman Road, Tracy CA 95376, 30 days after award.
