Description

Track Vehicles (2), Off-Road Rough Terrain. Features include, but are not limited to, (1) Two-person or greater suspension cab with power tilt, certified and tested R.O.P.S.; (2) Diesel engine, 100 horse or greater at 2500RPM; (3) Solid rubber or foam filled tires mounted in dual with watertight bearings and seals; (4) Twin 28" wide, rubber crosslinked tracks with metal cleats, D dent style; (5) Side track stabilizer mounted to frame and wheels; (6) 14 gauge steel cab with roof hatch. Required performance standards include, but are not limited to, (1) Fording Depth 30 inches or more; (2) Inside turning radius 12 feet or less; (3) Less than 2 psi ground pressure (basic vehicle); (4) Less than 4.5 psi ground pressure (fully loaded vehicle, 10,000 lbs); and (5) 60 percent gradability (uphill), 40 percent gradability (sidehill). Delivery to the US Fish and Wildlife Service, one vehicle to Morris, Minnesota, one to Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. This proposed acquisition will utilize commercial item procedures. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industrial Classification Systems Code (NAICS) is 336999, the small business size standard is 500 Employees or less.
