Description

This will be a fir-fixed price contract. Work will be performed at Internal Revenue Service Center, Covington, Kentucky. The work consists of complete renovations of toilet rooms to meet A.D.A. requirements including new ceramic tile, plumbing fixtures, toilet stalls and other items as shown on the plans. The work on the project is $500,000 to $1,000,000. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System code for this project is 233320.
