- The Oregon Air National Guard Base is soliciting Request for Quotations (RFQ) for on site HH60 helicopter and C130 aircraft washing services. Period of performance will be October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002. RFQ packages may be requested by FAX or EMAIL. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. See Note 1.
