- The required efforts are subject to Government cost comparison IAW OMB Circular A-76 to determine economic feasibility of contracting out. Offerors are advised that an award may not be made under the solicitation if the cost comparison results indicated that the work should be performed by Government personnel. This is a reissuance of the synopsis for this requirement published in the CBD on 24 July 2001. Previous responders need not respond. Anticipated issue date for the solicitation is on/abt 22 Oct. 2001
