Description

We are seeking in-kind sponsorship for the Elmendorf Youth Center Halloween Carnival and Costume Contest to be conducted 29 October, 2001. We are seeking sponsorship for $800.00 for 17 game booths, 6 large bags of apples, 10 large bags of caramel, candy, trick or treat bags, and prizes for the costume contest. We would accept all or part donations depending on the sponsor and what they are willing tp provide. Advertising will be done in all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners at the event. Representation by the sponsor at the event will will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation for this solicitation may be made no later than 12 October, 2001. This is a solicitaion by a nonappropriated funds intrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the government.*****
