Description

We are seeking in-kind sponsorship/donations for the Elmendorf Air Force Base Eaglglen Golf Course Open Golf Tournament to be conducted September 1st and 2nd, 2001. We are seeking sponsorship for airline tickets, trips, outings, sightseeing excursions, fishing trips, gift certificates, services from different types of businesses, golf bags, golf equipment, and a hole in one grand prize. We would except all or part donations depending on the sponsor and what they are willing to provide. Advertising is done at all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners at the event. Representation by the sponsor at the event will be accepted and is encouraged. All offers will be condsidered. More than one sponsor/donation for the this solicitation may be made no later than August 17, 2001. This is a solicitation by a nonappropriated funds instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the government.*****
