Description

The following changes have been made to this project: 1. The date of the Official Site Visit has been changed from Wednesday, August 1, 2001 at 10:00 AM to Tuesday, August 7, 2001 at 10:00 AM. The meeting will start in the lobby of the Maintenance Warehouse Building located at 5083 Foresta Road in El Portal, CA 95318. 2. The estimated length of the sewer lines has been changed from 10 miles to 12 miles. 3. The Government will consider Alternative Proposals for technological advances. Alternative Proposals will be held to the same standards, specifications, and evaluation criteria as for Closed Circuit TV Proposals. 4. The Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) has been changed to Mr. Jeff Harsha. 5. The Government will not be accepting any offers for any type of company presentations, briefings, and/or request for Sole Source Set-Aside. Please do not call the COR or Contracting Officer to request and/or schedule any pre-proposal product meetings, presentations, or video shows. 6.
