Description

Nutech Solutions, Inc., Charlotte, NC, design software allowing users to evolve and test investment algorithms that are optimal, given hypothesized constraints on the time evolution of budgets, levels of threat, and weapon system characteristics. Software required to characterize the sequences of budget, threat level, and system characteristics by providing them directly, by describing them as stochastic processes, or by co-evolution along with the investment algorithms. Due to Nutech Solutions, Inc., possessing the unique range of scientific knowledge in evolutionary computing and strategies, genetic algorithms and programming, a non-competitive procurement is anticiapted. Oral RFQ will be utlized via Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Anticipated award date is 03 AUG 2001.
