Description

This is a combination synopsis/request for quote NMA402-01-T-0028. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement is for seven different software packages. This requirement is as follows: Item 0001, Adobe Publishing Collection, Quantity 14 each; Item 0002, FrameMaker (Adobe Software), Quantity 5 each; Item 0003 Freehand (Adobe Software), Quantity 14 each; Item 0004, Quark Express (Software), Quantity 8 each; Item 0005, Gear Pro DVD 2.02 (Software), Quantity 2 each; Item 0006, Gear Pro DC 5.0 (Software), Quantity 4 each; Item 0007, NFS Maestro, 1 each. Quote to include FOB Destination. Items will be delivered to NIMA, 3200 S Second Street, St Louis MO 63118-3399. This requirement will not be split. Only quotes providing pricing for all line items will be considered. This acquisition is a 100 percent set-aside for small business. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, Alternate I, applies to this solicitation. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration system to receive consideration for award. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible contractor that submits the lowest total price for all line items.
