Description

Trident Refit Facility, Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, GA.,requires a portable microwave test set with dimensions not-to-exceed 7.75" X 15.3" X 21.5", and a weight not-to-exceed 37.4 lbs. The test set should have switchable voltage anges, scarlar analyzer, synthesized sweep generator, programmable voltage/current source, 6/5" color LCD display, swept channel characteristics, auxiliary inputs and outputs, 3.5" floopy disk drive(built in), 2 ea. operator manuals, full three (3) year warranty. It is the government's intention to award sole-source to IFR Americas as the only provider who can meet both the technical capabilities and the size/weight constraints necessary for use in the tight quarters of a submarine.
