Description
This requirement is for a Lubrication Palett by IFH Group Inc., Model 1-E-4484-465 or equivalent. N47408-01-T-0237 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business, size standard: 500 employees. Description: Naval Facilities Engineering Service Center has a need for a Lubrication Pallet by IHF Group or Equal. The pallet mounted lube oil dispensing equipment consist of: 4 65 Gallons steel standup container, each with a sight gauge; an NPT fill cup; permanent suction tube; mounting brackets and outlet fittings. Each container shall have a gear pump driven by 1 HP electric motor mounted on a base plate, complete with outlet fittings and individual on/off switch. Each container shall be furnished with a 50 ft long retractable hose reel piped direct to the discharge side of the pump; and fitted with a totalizing electronic dispensing meter with digital read outs in gallons. Each pump features a relief valve mounted on the discharge side of the pump to prevent motor burn out when the discharge valve is on the off position. Equipment shall be complete with drip pan to contain the largest container for possible oil spillage. Mount all containers in a pallet. Cost includes all handling and shipping cost to point of destination. Evidence of qualifications: Descriptive literature and all specifications are required to determine if the Lubrication Palett is equal. Failure to provide any information can cause your quote to be found technically unacceptable. Award will be made to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. Evaluation criteria will be descriptive material to ensure it is an equal and all items asked for this solicitation. Request for quotation (RFQ) number is N47408-01-T-0237.
