Description

Contractor will completely prepare the site, furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to install a wheelchair lift at the Fairway Drive entrance of the James E VanZandt VA Medical Center, Altoona PA. Work includes but not limited to: Demolition, Electrical, Underground Electrical, Concrete Work, Etc. Work must be complete within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days of receipt of notice to proceed. Bid packages must be requested in writing. Payment of $25.00 non-refundable fee per solicitation package must be received in the contracting office before package is mailed. Checks must be made payable to Dept of Veterans Affairs. Estimated cost of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS for this project is 235950. Issue Date is Aug 14, 2001, Prebid Conference will be held on Aug 28, 2001 at 2:30 pm local time in Room 103 of Building #2 Room 103.
