Description

ISSUE DATE: 08/14/01. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary for Installation of Carpet Tile in Housing Common Areas (Stairwells) at USCG Activities NY Family Housing, FT Wadsworth, Staten Island, NY. The Scope of Work includes: Remove and dispose of all existing carpet and padding in the work area specified, prepare floor for installation of new carpet tiles, install carpet tiles, and incidental related work. The work will be performed in the common areas (stairwells) of 24 family housing buildings. Each building has two stairwells except for one building, which has only one stairwell. For purposes of determining small business size standards, the applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 235510 with a size standard of $11.5 million. Estimated cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 08/14/01. The date for receipt of quotations is scheduled for 9/7/01 at 4:00 pm.
