Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies and materials to drill a well and to include the following: laboratory testing, disinfection of well, mobilization, drilling well, 6-inch black steel casing, 6-inch stainless steel well screen, gravel pack material, borehole stabilizer, grouting, standby time, well development, well testing and concrete pad. A site tour is scheduled for September 4, 2001 at 9 am. Prespective offerors are to meet at the Bureau of Land Mangement (BLM)Office in Ukiah, CA at 9 am. For direction to the BLM office call 707-468-4000. Bond Requirement: Payment Protection Requirements: In accordance with Public Law 103-355 (FASA), for awarded contracts between $25,000 and $100,000 a 50% Payment Protection in the form of either 1) a Payment Bond, or 2) an Irrevocable Letter of Credit, will be required within 15 calendar days after receipt of notification of award.
