Description

This project consists of work on two single story structures, approximately 1742 sf and 1650 sf each. The work consists of hazardous materials abatement, including lead paint, asbestos (friable & non-frible), light fixtures containing PCB's and mercury; asphalt roofing repairs; exterior trim replacement; interior demolition; and mildew treatment. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued pursuant to Public Law 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, and is open to firms of all sizes. The NAICS codes are 23561, 23594, 23551, and 562910. A single award will be made to the low, responsive, responsible offeror. Offers are due by 4:30 p.m. eastern time on Friday, September 14, 2001.
