Description

Remove and Install Heat Pump Systems in Main Post Housing, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, tools, supervision, materials, equipment and transportation and any other items necessary to perform all work necessary for the removal and Installation of Heat Pump Systems in Main Post Housing,in strict compliance with the technical provisions. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for this effort. This acquisition is being set-aside for Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) concerns only.The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS)is 235110,threshold of $11.5 million (formally know as Standard Industry Code (SIC)1711). It is now a requirement that all contractors doing business with the Department of Defense be registered with CCR (the website may be accessed on the internet at: www.ccr2000.com to register). Failure to register with CCR makes an offeror ineligible for award of DOD contracts. Upon release to the public, the entire solicitation will be available via the internet at website: http://www.bragg.army.mil/www-doc/Contractors/SOLICIT.HTM.
