Description
SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) requires the services of a qualified contractor who offers a web-based, multiple-choice and/or true/false credit risk analysis test. The credit risk diagnostic (CRD) is an individualized electronic examination used to assess the credit risk skills of national bank examiners and identify gaps between the skills possessed and the skills required. The contractor shall provide the "off the shelf" CRD multiple choice and true/false test questions in the following diagnostic modules: Financial accounting; Risk Assessment (macroeconomic factors, business and industry risk, management risk, environmental risk); Financial analysis; Cash flow analysis; Loan structure and pricing; Legal documentation and compliance; Commercial Real Estate; and Early detection of problem loans. Technical standards 1194.21 and 1194.22 of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as Amended apply to this requirement. HOW TO ACQUIRE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION The OCC anticipates issuing the solicitation on or about August 8. The solicitation document contains the details of OCC?s requirement, the instructions for submitting a quote, and how the quotes will be evaluated. Email your request for solicitation #CC-01-Q-0050 to the attention of Thora Stanwood at thora.stanwood@occ.treas.gov. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the OCC. OCC anticipates awarding a contract on or about September 14 using the simplified acquisition process of Part 13. #####
