Description

Notice that the National Science Foundation intends to negotiate a sole source order with Ronald Reagan International Trade Center for exhibit/conference space, audio/visual equipment, support and services, information technology equipment, support and services and catering services. These services are considered to be a commercial item and simplified acquisition procedures will be used. The proposed contract action is for services that the Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to provide these services by submitting a proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal. However, all proposals received within ten (10) days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government, not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
