- Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Washington Dept. of Fish & Wildlife (WDFW) for the National Marine Fisheries Service Office of Enforcement (NMFS). Purpose of proposed contract is to provide sampling regime in Snohomish River Sloughs for juvenile chinook. The WDFW is a partner with NMFS Enforcement in the pro-active Community Oriented Policing and Problem Solving enforcement effort being conducted on the Snohomish River. In addition, WDFW holds the only 4(d) limit scientific research permit in northern Puget Sound.
