Description

Notice of intent to negociate a sole source contract with the California Dept. of Fish & Game (CDFG) for the NW Fisheries Science Center (NWFSC). Purpose of proposed contract is to provide cooperative pilot implementation of the NWFSC's electronic fish catch log book. NWFSC is collecting data from fisheries off the coast of California. CDFG controls state fisheries and collects logbook data and is the only source that can provide data that NWFSC requires.
