Description

The Electronic Systems Center (ESC) will host the Information Technology Services Program (ITSP) II Industry Day on 16 Aug 01, 0900-1500, at the Hanscom AFB Officers' Club. ITSP is ESC's centrally managed Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) Support Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) program. This program complements the Center's acquisition workforce. Services in support of this program will be acquired through Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) making use of the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedules (FSS). The purpose of the Industry Day is to allow interested firms to meet with representatives of ESC organizations who will be ordering services through ITSP II. This forum will be informal with the ESC representatives at open tables available to discuss their organization's mission and requirements. The day will begin at 0900 and conclude at 1500. There is no fee associated with attendance at this Industry Day. Participation shall be limited to no more than three (3) representatives from each firm. RSVP by email NLT 08/13/01 to stephanie.rodgers@hanscom.af.mil. Please include the name of your firm and number and name of attendees. Hanscom AFB requires advance notice of all visitors to the installation. We will provide your name to the Visitor's Center for access on Industry Day. Directions to the Visitor's Center are as follows: Take Exit 30B off I-95/Route 128, Hanscom Field Exit; go 1-1/2 miles to the blinking light, take a right; go =BC mile straight, bear right to Hanscom AFB, Vandenberg Gate and check in at the Visitor's Center.
