Description

The Federal Correctional Institution(FCI)Oxford, County Road G & Elk Avenue, Grand Marsh,WI 53936, has a requirement for a contractor(s) to provide comprehensive hospital and physician services for an all-male prison population. The base year contract performance period is estimated from 6/13/02 to 9/30/02, with four(4), one year option periods. Total contract period not to exceed five years. Only medical facilities within a 60 mile radius of the FCI will be considered. Essential health services may include the following; inpatient/outpatient hopital services, inpatient/outpatient physician services, and outpatient institution services at the designated Bureau of Prisons(BOP) Institution. All contractors must adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing the delivery of health services. The government anticipates a multiple award, of firm fixed price, indefinate quantity contract(s). Total amount of award for all contracts and option periods is estimated between $100,000.00 and $116,000.00. This is not a guarantee, but only an estimate. Types of services required are included in the solicitation. The solicitation is expected to be issued o/a 8/31/2001. Due date for response is estimated o/a 10/31/01.
