Description

VA facilities located within VISN 7 (Alabama, Georgia & South Carolina) have a requirement for dental prostheses services to be provided Monday thru Friday 7:30AM to 5:00PM local time. Contractor(s) shall provide all labor, transportation, materials, general dental lab tools, equipment and supervision to fabricate dental prothetic items, to include but not be limited to complete dentures, removable partial dentures, fixed partial dentures & crowns, and dental implant protheses, all in strict accordance with the dental lab order. Award will be made on a source selection basis. Rating facors, in descending order of preference are: experience/staffing; quality of services; availabilty of services; pricing/fee schedule. Solicitation will be available O/A 8/9/01 and proposals will be due O/A 9/11/01.
