Description

Provide all supplies, parts, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, management and transportation to furnish printer repair/maintenance service for defined Hewlett-Packard network printers and Lexmark printers of the VA Medical Center, Bay Pines, FL 33744, for the period of October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 with the government having the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. This agreement will require all equipment to be picked up for repair by the vendor and returned within seven (7) working days. No repairs will be done at the Medical Center. Vendor must have certified technicians performing the repair work. This solicitation will be prepared with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 for commercial items and a written solicitation will be issued on or about August 6, 2001. Only written or faxed requests (FAX 727-398-9536) for the solicitation will be accepted. This procurement is a 100% total small business set-aside.
