Description

Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. The contractor shall provide software, support, and factory training in accordance with the Performance Specification and Appendix A for the Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA), 4234 54th Street, McClellan, CA, 95652-2100: CLIN 0001, 2 years, Software Upgrades; CLIN 0002, Factory Training Credits, 100 each. The Government intends to award all items on a sole source basis to Mentor Graphics Corporation, 8005 SW Boeckman Road, Wilsonville, OR 97070-7777. The authority for sole source is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), supplies or services are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. See CBD Note 22.
