Description

Modifications to CBD submission No. 50S4B3, dated July 19, 2001 and submission No. 50S1V9, dated July 18, 2001. The previous notice stated that this "has been changed to reflect this will be competed among Emerging Small Businesses, as used in this subpart, a small business concern whose size is no greater then 50 percent of the numberical size standard applicable to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to a contracting opportunity (FAR 19.1002)." The solicitation will be competed as a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The size standard for NAICS 541330 is $4.0 million. Submission No. 50S4B3, stated in item (2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required, including, where appropriate, experience in energy conservation, pollution prevention, waste reduction, and the use of recovered materials.
