Description

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has a requirement for interior design services for a 650,000 rentable square foot building located in Washington, D.C. The work will begin the later part of 2001 and will continue until after the building is occupied which is estimated to be the early part of 2004. The contract shall provide design intent drawings and final working construction drawings for the SEC's tenant improvements. The contract shall also assist the SEC with monitoring tenant improvements through their conclusion and all other facets of interior design.
