Description

The US Army CECOM Acquisition Center-Washington intends to award an indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contract to the University of Florida (UF) in Gainesville, FL to conduct mine detection analysis in support of PM Mines, Countermine and Demolition programs such as GSTAMIDS and HSTAMIDS. As part of this effort, UF will conduct technical investigations to discover different methods for processing GSTAMIDS and HSTAMIDS GPR data with the goal of improving system algorithm performance and conduct investigations into the different methods for fusing data derived from GSTAMIDS and HSTAMIDS sensors with the goal of improving information fusion. The contract will be negotiated and awarded under the authority of other than full and open competition FAR 6.302-1. See Note 22.
