Description

The purpose of this Source of Sought is to perform market research for: Bust of General Billy Mitchell. 1. The bust sh ould be between 18? and 24? high, show the collar around the neck and hat on the individual (see pictures furnished as a gui de). 2. The bust should be first sculpted in clay for a future casting of hydro-stone or hydro-cal with a finished bonze patina. The clay sculpture development will allow for review by purchasing authority prior to finalization, for changes and alterat ions required by the purchasing authority, and approval for the product to proceed to casting. The bust is to be sculpted i n hydro-stone or hydro-cal with bronze patina on the completed product. Periodic reviews must be scheduled for approval at the 30%, 60%, and the 95% completion point prior to final review, approval and acceptance. The bust is to be mounted on a w ood pedestal furnished by the manufacturer of the bust. A separate price for the pedestal should be submitted along with th e price for the bust.
