Description

The contractor shall deliver, install, integrate, test and verify the correct operation of digital tri-mode phones and services. The system shall provide digital phone users with a regional plan to make phone calls within the Minnesota, North Dakota, Wisconsin, and the Upper Peninsula without roaming or long distance charges. The plans with a national phone plan shall be able to make a phone call to anywhere in the nation from anywhere in the nation without being charged roaming or long distance charges. The contractor shall supply 50 digital phones that at a minimum, have tri-mode capabilities to be used on National or Regional Digital Calling Plans and can be used in analog areas without adding a "roaming module". This is full and open competition, all responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. ALL CONTRACTORS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH CCR.
