Description

The Carderock Division Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Motorola. The contractor will supply Sectera IP INE Encryptor with 12 month warranty and 12 month Software Maintenance Agreement. Includes CM5000 local configuration software, must have COMSEC/DoDAAC Account. Configuration Manager Software is used to configure, monitor and manage the Sectera INE. This software requires operation with a dedicated CM workstation and Sectera INE. The contractor will also conduct a 31/2 day System Administration course. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements under the authority of FAR 6.302.1. Anticipated award is on or about 8/8/01. See numbered Note 22.
