PR Number: To Be Announced. NSN: 8305-00-372-4851. ITEM: Cloth, Tropical, Polyester/Wool, Type III, Class 2, 64-inch width, Black, Army Shade 439. SPECIFICATION: MIL-C-21115 dated 18 December 1987 -- available upon request or see Numbered Note Nine (9). QUANTITY: Base Year -- 170,000 yards; Option Year -- 170,000 yards. DESTINATION: (MMSA01) Albany, GA 31704-1128. DELIVERIES: Three monthly deliveries beginning 330 days after date of award. (Production leadtime is reduced to 210 days if First Article requirement is waived.) Anticipated issuance date of solicitation is 15 August 2001; anticipated closing date is 14 September 2001. Proposed acquisition will be issued on an Unrestricted Basis. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful offeror. Acceleration of delivery is permitted at no additional cost to the Government.
