- Description
- UNICOR Federal Prison Industries intends to renew its Drapery Partnership Agreement with its current vendors/partners to supply UNICOR fabric for the production of custom draperies, cubicle curtains, window treatments and bedspreads. The contractor will supply services as needed for fabric selection, removal of existing window coverings/hardware, measurements, installation/hardware services. Under this partnership agreement, the contractor agrees to furnish UNICOR and its federal agency customers with the broadest practical selection of fabrics, patterns, colors, textures, and hardware/installation options. The vendor/partner participants would enter into a partnership agreement with UNICOR, agreeing to specific terms of the agreement as well as furnish UNICOR with specific geographical locations (if applicable) in which they wish to participate. Any new vendors interested in participating may download a complete copy of the solicitation from UNICOR's website at: www.unicor.gov. This requirement is all or none and domestic only. The evaluation criteria for this requirement is as follows: 1) Each vendor/partner must be capable of providing a large variety of fabrics, 2) provide installation/hardware services, 3) must be able to meet UNICOR's scheduled delivery order requirement as referred to in the statement of work, and 4) must have a satisfactory record of past performance. Additional information will be provided in the solicitation which is due to be issued on or about July 27, 2001. All interested parties shall retrieve a complete a copy from UNICOR's website. No telephone requests will be honored. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be evaluated and considered for award. One original signed copy of the solicitation is to be completed in its entirety and mailed to the attention of Joscie L. Barnes, 400 1st Street, NW, Washington, DC 20534.
