Description

Notice of intent to award a purchase order on a sole-source basis to HyperVision Ltd. The Internal Revenue Service intends to award a sole-source purchase order to HyperVision Ltd. for the following software: WorX SE Enterprise Client Package 100 Pack License under Windows 98/NT/2000, Product Code WT1-200100-00 and WorX SE Technology Transfer Fee, Product Code WILTF-20001-00. The IRS also requires one year of software maintenance and updates for each package. No equivalents will be accepted. Vendors who can provide the required software at prices, terms and conditions equal to or better than those which can be provided by HyperVision should submit clear and convincing data in writing substantiating an ability to furnish the entire requirement. No solicitation document exists and requests for same will be considered non-responsive. Responses should be submitted no later than 10:00 a.m., August 3, 2001, and must include Pricing, Shipping information, Point of Contact (name and telephone number), GSA contract Number (if applicable), delivery terms, business size, payment terms, Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), and Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS). Responses may also be faxed to (202)283-0610. Facsimile responses must contain signatures, arrive at the place and by the time specified in this synopsis and may not exceed 10 pages. The Government will not be responsible for any failure attributable to the transmission or receipt of any facsimile information. Inquiries should be in writing and faxed to the number above. No telephonic or e-mail inquiries will be accepted. Evaluation and award will be made on a best value basis. All responses should reference number Q-1Q-N0-1I-PP-01.
