Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for calibration equipment prepared in accordance with the format specified in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. This item is sole source to HBM, Inc., 19 Bartlett Street, Marlboro, Massachusetts 01752. (ii) The solicitation number is DAAH01-01-T-0618 (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27 (initial) (iv) This acquisition is sole source. (v) DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS TO BE ACQUIRED: Basic unit with AB32-S40 (Unit swith & 16 param), qty 36; Communications processor with PCMCIA, qty 36; DC Amplifier (16 parameters & peak detection), qty 36; High precision amplifier (10v excitation, 16 parameters, 3rd order linearisation), qty 36; Commection plate with 15 pin sub-D connector , qty 72; Adapter cable -- modified -- 9 ft, qty 72; Adapter cable -- modified -- 1ft. MS to subD; one manual with each unit (vi) Delivery schedule -- first lot of 10, 12 weeks after date of order (ADO); second lot of 10, 19 weeks ADO; final lot of 16, 26 weeks ADO. Deliveries shall be F.O.B. destination to various addresses. (viii) The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items is applicable. (ix) The offeror shall include a complete copy of the FAR provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representatives and Certifications -- commercial Items. (x) FAR 52.212-4, contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, is applicable. (xiii) Warranty shall be five years from the date of shipment. Items delivered under this order shall be provided with a tag or temporary decal affixed to each instrument before shipping that identifies the warranty expiration date and contract number.
