Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F38601-01-R0021. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. This solicitation will be a 100% small business set-aside and falls under SIC 9999. Line item 0001 requires the contractor to provide a 5.1mm Videoscope with a working length of 1.5m (58.5"). Full-way articultion that increases the bending angle and precise control. Multi-function control pad on the handle, built-in microphone, sharper images for more accurate inspections. Must inclued standard optical adapter; direct view; 120 degree FOV; DOF: 13mm-100mm. The unit of issue is EA and the quantity is 2. Line item 0002 requires the contractor to provide an External Working Tool kit that includes the alligator jaw, 3 prong grasper, magnet, basket, snare, storage pouch, and external channel. The unit of issue is EA and the quantity is 1. Line item 0003 requires the contractor to provide an Internal Working Tool Kit that includes the alligator jaw, 3 prong grasper, snare, and storage pouch. The unit of issue is EA and the quantity is 1. Far Provisions 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 are applicable to the solicitation. The following notes are applicable to the solicitation: 1. Quotes are due to the 20th Contracting Squadron at Shaw AFB no later than close of business 080101. 2.
