This is NOT a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5, but Market Research to identify sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, experience, and facilities to meet the requirements for Build to print acquisition of the Large Aircraft Start System (LASS) NSN: 2835-01-390-1807QS P/N: 9454654-10. The LASS is an enclosed turbine engine compressor, mounted on a four-wheeled trailer, which delivers a high volume of compressed air for starting the aircraft & other functions.
