Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to Prepare and Paint Interiors of Buildings #258 and #261 located at the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center, Cape May, New Jersey (Cape May county). It is strongly recommended that a site visit be made to check existing conditions, measurements, layout, etc. There is no charge for the solicitation package. No Bid Bond is required; however, a Payment Bond will be required prior to award. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The performance period is 30 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Award will be made to the lowest responsible quoter. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 235210, with a size standard of $11.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency. Solicitation packages will be mailed on or about 8 August 2001.
