Description

The work of this project consists of the removal of existing and the replacement of two AC condenser units and three AC/Heat units at Building 5, Charlestown Navy Yard, Boston National Historical Park, Boston, MA. This acquisition is subject to P.L. 100-656, Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program, and is open to all concerns regardless of size. The estimated price range for this project is between $25,000-$100,000. Performance time is 60 calendar days from notice to proceed. Contractors are urged to make a site visit to ascertain work conditions. Solicitation packages will be available on or after August 10, 2001.
