Description

IFB 673-130-01. Bid Opening Date 9/7/01, 2:00pm local time. Contractor shall provide labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform Shower Repairs at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL. Work includes: Remove existing tile floor, bedding, grout and shower pan material, cove base and wall tile up to 8 inches along with the existing wall backing materials, and remove and store floor mounted fixtures for ten (10) shower rooms; install new shower pan on entire area, install new floor bedding, new floor tile to match existing, grout and seal floor, install new cove base and wall tile to match existing and backing material for walls; reinstall floor mounted fixtures and water test for leaks. Disposal of waste and construction debris is the contractor's responsibility. Work shall be completed in 120 days after date of notice to proceed. Invitation for Bid solicitation package will be available approximately August 7, 2001. Requests for Bid Package shall be in writing or via fax at 813-903-4838. North American Industrial Classification System Code is 235110. Small business Size Standard is $11.5 million. Construction estimate is $25,000-$100,000.
