Description

This is a notice of intent to award on a sole-source basis for the commercial items in accordance to FAR Part 12 procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7521 and the small business size is $5 million. The U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) intends to contract with Park Right Corporation, 108 Leonard Street, New York, NY 10013 for the lease of twenty-seven (27) secured parking spaces fot Official Governemtn Vehicles (GOV's). The contractor shall provide a secured facility within a three (3) block radius of USINS, 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278 and allow for twenty-four (24) hour per day access. This contract is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Park Right under the authority 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 unless additional sources are located.
