Description

Provide rental of meeting space for the Economic & Social Commission for Asia & the Pacific of the United Nations/World Meteorological Organization (ESCAP/WMO) for the National Weather Service/Pacific Region (NWS). Rental of conference rooms and lodging rooms will be at Waikiki Beach, Honoululu, Hawaii. Conference room and lodging must be provided for approximately 70 attendees. The international meeting room configuration must be a large ballroom-like space. Two separate meetings are being held: 11/26/01-11/27/01 for approximately 40 people, and 11/28/01-12/4/01 for approximately 70 people. Ballroom-like conference rooms and lodging must be located in same place since attendance and participation by conferees will overlap. This is a simplified acquisition with n estimated value of less than $100,000.
