Description

The Federal Bureau of Investigation, 935 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, DC intends to award a SOLE SOURCE procurement to Louisiana State University for the continued operation of the Law Enforcement On-Line System. This is a SOLE SOURCE procurement under FAR Part 6.302-1 (a) (2) (ii) and is not a request for competitive quotes. However, responses received from responsible small business sources prior to the close of business August 7, 2001 will be evaluated. Offorors responding to this notice must provide proof that they can provide the requested services.
