Description

B-U. S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Services (NOS), Hydrographic Surveys Division, (HSD) intends to negotiation on a sole source requirement with University of New Hampshire, Joint Hydrographic Center, Durham, NH. To perform bathymetric data synthesis and develop error estimation models for selected areas of the U. S. Atlantic Coast and portions of the Bering Sea and Gulf of Mexico. This will determine its adequacy in supporting a U. S. Claim to a n extension of the Continental Slope as defined by the United Nations Conference on the Law of the Sea. (UNCLOS) Article 76. This is a notice of intent, and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using simplified acquisition. procedures. Reference 100018
