- This acquisition is to establish a Requirements type contract with firm fixed unit prices to repair/overhaul the Color Multi-Function Display (CMFD), a component of the Integrated Defensive Avionics System/Multi-Mission Advanced Tactical Terminal (IDAS/MATT), NSN: 6610-01-448-2335BZ, Part Number: 196A200-1, applicable to the MH-53J helicopter. The Basic One Year has a best-estimated quantity (BEQ) of 17 each. There will be four out-year periods with BEQ's of 17 each. No technical data is available for repair. Sole Source to Lockheed Martin Federal Systems, CAGE: 03640, Authority 10 USC 2304 ( C) (1), Only One or a Limited number of Responsible Sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
