COMPLETE DATA IS NOT AVAILABLE. NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT SPECIFICATIONS OR DRAWINGS RELATING TO THE ITEM DESCRIBED ARE NOT AVAILABLE AND CONNOT BE FURNISHED BY THE GOVERNMENT.
